Online Registration 2026/2027

Please complete the following form to register your child(ren) for 2026/27 folklore year. Once submitted, information will be reviewed by Sljeme and you will be notified of any adjustments and payment options via email within a few business days. Cost breakdown is provided below.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT - 10% discount is applied to registrations before June 30, 2026.

Each registered family is required to volunteer time for Sljeme related activies such as hosting or attending events, baking, bingo, etc. If you do not wish to volunteer, you may instead elect to donate $400. Partial monies from volunteering cover performer travel costs. Non-volunteers will be responsible for full travel costs.
NOTE: Any family that does not pay the Working Fund Donation at registration and does not volunteer will be expected to pay $400 before end of the year.

Media Consent

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that Sljeme may capture photographs and/or video recordings of all participants during rehearsals and events. These materials may be used on our website and social media channels to showcase our members’ dedication and achievements. Please note that, as part of our commitment to showcasing and celebrating our culture and folklore group, consent to the use of such images and recordings (without identifying names) is a core guideline for all members, including both minors and adults. If you have specific concerns regarding these terms, please contact the Sljeme Board in writing prior to submitting your registration to discuss possible alternatives.

I consent to the use of photographs and videos of the registered member(s) for Sljeme’s website and social media platforms.

Communications

For group communication Sljeme uses email, WhatsApp and TeamSnap. Email is used for important group announcements. WhatsApp is used for general communications. TeamSnap is used for scheduling and attendance. Please download both applications to your phone. Invitations to join the WhatsApp group chat and the TeamSnap team will be sent to the cell phone number provided on your registration form.
